Hello again, I am so excited to talk about our latest venture, The Cookie Box, which is currently in the works as of January 2024. At its core, The Cookie Box is a culmination of our deep understanding of sales and the importance of an exceptional customer experience.

The Cookie Box is a unique subscription service designed for contractors. It's a simple yet powerful concept: upon the completion of a job, a box of gourmet cookies is sent to the customer as a token of appreciation. This isn't just any thank you gift; each box includes a card with a QR code that directs customers to the contractor's review page.

Here's how it works: contractors partner with us, and we integrate our software with theirs. Each week, we receive a list of their completed jobs, and we dispatch a gourmet cookie box to those customers. The goal is twofold: to delight customers with a memorable experience and to encourage them to leave those invaluable five-star reviews, boosting the contractor's reputation.

We're currently building the website for The Cookie Box, aiming for a launch by the end of February. This service isn't just a marketing tool; it's an innovative approach to reputation management and customer engagement. We are incredibly excited about the potential of The Cookie Box in enhancing the customer journey.

The Cookie Box is an integral part of our broader ecosystem, seamlessly fitting with our other brands like The Attic Depot and W360. While The Attic Depot provides essential products, and W360 offers comprehensive business and sales training, The Cookie Box is about celebrating and rewarding customers. It's the perfect finale to a great customer experience, reinforcing the quality and care that our contractors provide.
